1. HOW TO CALCULATE CONSTRUCTION AREA:

Basement area: 30-40% (k = 0.3-0.4)

2. CONSTRUCTION COST:

3. PAYMENT METHOD: Construction deposit: 5% cash after signing the construction contract.

Party B will remove the construction cost by itself until the stage 3 is completed and accepted by Party A to withdraw the payment for phase 3.
Stage 4: The investor (Party A) continues to transfer 20% of the value of the final construction contract to the guarantee account of the guaranteeing bank Party B after phase 3 ends. Party B will remove construction expenses by itself until Stage 4 is completed and accepted by Party A to withdraw Stage 4 payments.
